Little Warriors | 4-5 Yrs.
This is a specially designed obstacle training class centered to build coordination, develop basic tumbling skills, work on upper body strength and inspire them to keep moving in our high-spirited facility. Courses are designed to meet their skill level as well as get them to listen and follow directions.
This class is designed to teach the basic skills associated with mastering the balance, agility , and coordination determination needed to master the warrior course. We teach flips, rolls, and jumps, as well as work on upper body strength, basic agility and the grit and determination needed to be a warrior.
This class helps to gain strength from training and practicing the warrior course. We work on gaining physical strength but also work to inspire the grit, determination and fearless attitude of a warrior. 50 percent course training and 50 percent flipping and gaining trampoline skills.
